thermal and packaging requirements. We work with aluminum and copper materials and have many standard profiles as well as ease of manufacturing custom fin density bonded fin heatsinks without major minimum order requirements.

D6 offers several options on the custom mfg bonded fin heatsinks including drilling, tapping, machining, painting, and plating. The plating options can vary from standard irridite and chromate to anodizing.
