Silicone Thermal Compound #101

D6# 101 is a silicone based thermal grease made from a silicone fluid with metal oxide fillers. It has a grease-like consistency, opaque white in color, zero bleed, very stable at elevated temperatures.

D6 # 101 has excellent thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity. This compound can be applied by brushing, wiping or screening.
