D6 #110 Non-Silicone Heat Sink Compound is a Non-Silicone Based Thermal grease made from a silicone fluid with metal oxide fillers. It has a grease-like consistency, opaque white in color, zero bleed, very stable at elevated temperatures, excellent thermal resistance and high thermal conductivity. This compound can be applied by brushing, wiping or screening. D6 #110 has the same properties as most of the popular brands of thermal compounds made from Non-Silicone materials. The following table presents these properties.

D6 #110 has the highest thermal conductivity and the lowest thermal resistance of all the compounds.
